Cakes by Dai is a small home-based business, inspected and licensed by the City of Pittsfield. Please book in advance! Orders are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. The number of orders taken each weekend are limited, to ensure that each order gets the attention it requires. Book early to avoid disappointment! Some orders are placed as early as a year in advance.
Consultations & tasting appointments are available upon request. (Please go to the contact page to request a meeting.) All meetings are held at Berkshire Wedding Associates in Pittsfield - by appointment only.
Each order is fresh and made from scratch, using high quality ingredients (and local ingredients when available).
